PLAN AHEAD

At drop-off, you can choose to pick up or donate unaccepted items. If you’d like to pick them up, please plan accordingly—we have a strict 7-day pick-up window.

ARRIVAL & CANCELLATION

Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Preparing your Items

ACCEPTED STYLES

We primarily base our selection on our customers' preferences, focusing on the condition, style, and brand of items, as well as our current store capacity. While we accept pieces from all designers, we are especially selective with fast-fashion brands. For more information and examples, check out our Fall 2026 Style Guide.

PREPARATION

Bring up to 50 items neatly folded in a paper or cloth bag—no hangers, bins, boxes, or suitcases. Items must be clean and in good to excellent condition. We cannot accept items with odors, excessive wear, or visible flaws.

PROCESSING TIME

Sorting and pricing take 3-4 days, or up to 7 days during busy seasons. We’ll email you once your items are processed, including login details for your account to view your inventory and pricing.

UNACCEPTED ITEMS

These, including the bags they came in, will be held for 7 days from the email date. Items left beyond 7 days will be donated to Jubilee Women’s Center.
