Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Designer Consignment Items (bags, jewelry, and other authenticated designer pieces): flat rate of $25, which includes insurance for the full value of the item.

All Other Items (home goods, candles, books, and general accessories): flat rate of $7.95.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Insurance

All designer consignment shipments include insurance covering the full value of the item. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us here with your order number so we can file a claim and assist you.

We currently ship within the United States only.
