Bringing in your Items:

• OPTION 1: Schedule an Appointment. Book time through our online calendar below.
• OPTION 2: Returning Consignors Only - Drop Off Your Items. Returning consignors can drop off up to 15 items. Items are not processed during drop-off. You have the option to pick up or donate any unaccepted items. We will notify you of any unaccepted items within 24 hours of drop off. Unaccepted items will be held for 24 hours. Anything not collected will be donated.

Arrival & Cancellation:

• Please arrive on time. If you're running late or need to reschedule, contact us immediately.
• To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Preparation:

• Items should be neatly folded in a paper or cloth bag. We do not accept items on hangers, suitcases, bins, or boxes.

Item Condition and Quality Standards:

• Only clean items in good to excellent condition are accepted.
• We do not accept items with odors, excessive wear, or visible flaws.
• We primarily base our selection on our customers' preferences, focusing on the condition, style, and brand of items, as well as our current store capacity.
