Parking: Free 2-hour underground parking is available. Bring your parking ticket for validation!

Plan Ahead: At drop-off, you can choose to pick up or donate unaccepted items. If you’d like to pick them up, please plan accordingly—we have a strict 7-day pick-up window.

Processing Time: Sorting and pricing take 3-4 days, or up to 7 days during busy seasons. We’ll email you once your items are processed, including login details for your account to view your inventory and pricing.

Unaccepted Items: These, including the bags they came in, will be held for 7 days from the email date. Items left beyond 7 days will be donated to Jubilee Women’s Center.

Preparation: Bring up to 50 items neatly folded in a paper or cloth bag—no hangers, bins, boxes, or suitcases. Items must be clean and in good to excellent condition. We cannot accept items with odors, excessive wear, or visible flaws.

Arrival & Cancellation: Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
